As requirements for precision and specifications in internal grinding continue to become increasingly advanced and complex, it has become essential for Irino Machinery, as the manufacturer, to ensure full responsibility for technical integrity and quality throughout the entire process.

Accordingly, starting from the new fiscal year, Irino Machinery will transition to a manufacturer-direct engagement model as the standard framework.

Under this system, product specifications, pricing, and post-installation technical support will be integrated and managed under the leadership of Irino Machinery.

Role of Sales Support Partners

With this transition, trading companies will participate as Sales Support Partners.

In this capacity, partners will collaborate with Irino Machinery on a project-by-project basis, contributing to lead generation and sales support activities.

Irino Machinery will retain full responsibility for product specifications, pricing, and technical coordination.

Operational Principles and Pricing

This framework treats product specifications, pricing, and support as an integrated whole and does not allow these elements to be handled separately.

Accordingly, this approach differs fundamentally from traditional dealer-based models.

  • Customized Pricing
    Irino Machinery does not adopt conventional list pricing or distributor pricing structures.
    Instead, pricing will be determined individually for each project based on its specific technical requirements and conditions.
  • Commissions and Service Fees
    Compensation for sales support will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Irino Machinery’s internal standards, reflecting the nature of the project and the level of involvement (such as referrals, sales support, and technical coordination).

After-Sales Support

For repairs and consumables, Sales Support Partners may act as the customer’s point of contact.

However, for any matters affecting machine accuracy or performance, Irino Machinery will review and respond directly.

Pricing for such services will also be determined by Irino Machinery.

This framework is designed to ensure that Irino Machinery, as the manufacturer, assumes full responsibility for the final machining results delivered to the end user.

All elements related to product delivery are therefore managed as an integrated system under this principle.
