In recent years, the required accuracy levels and specification requirements in the field of internal grinding have become increasingly advanced and complex. As a manufacturer, the need to consistently ensure technical and quality responsibility has become more important than ever.
Accordingly, beginning in the new fiscal year, we will transition to a new framework based primarily on direct manufacturer support.
Under this framework, product specifications, pricing policy, and after-sales technical support will be managed and operated in an integrated manner under the leadership of IRINO Machinery.
With this transition, trading companies will participate as “Sales Support Companies,” and we hope to build a stronger collaborative framework utilizing your customer base, sales capabilities, and commercial flow functions.

■ 1. Roles and Responsibilities Under the New Framework
Based on the principle of integrated management of product specifications, pricing policy, and after-sales support, we will transition from the traditional dealer system to a project-based collaborative “Sales Support Framework.”

Project creation, sales support, contract and commercial flow coordination, and installation support
■ 2. Transaction Terms and Sales Pricing
【Appropriate Pricing】
Rather than using traditional list prices or dealer pricing structures, pricing will be determined individually by IRINO Machinery according to each project’s specifications, conditions, and commercial structure.
【Customer Pricing】
Even when a Sales Support Company is involved, the final amount paid by the customer will remain the same as in direct manufacturer transactions.
【Delivery and Payment Terms】
Delivery schedules, inspection timing, and payment terms will be adjusted individually for each project based on IRINO Machinery’s standard policies.
■ 3. Sales Support Fees
Sales support fees will be determined individually based on IRINO Machinery standards according to the level of involvement in each project, including referrals, sales support, contract handling, and technical support.
■ 4. After-Sales Support

Repairs and consumable support after installation may be handled through Sales Support Companies as the customer contact point.
【Accuracy and Performance-Related Matters】
However, matters related to machine accuracy and performance will always be reviewed and handled directly by IRINO Machinery from the standpoint of quality assurance.
【After-Sales Pricing Policy】
Pricing policy related to such support will also be managed integrally by IRINO Machinery.
This framework is intended to ensure that IRINO Machinery, as the manufacturer, remains fully responsible for the final machining results through integrated management of all elements related to product supply.
