Notice Regarding Product Supply Structure and Transaction Framework
(For Customers and Trading Companies)
IRINO Machinery believes that, in the highly precise field of internal grinding, achieving optimal machining results requires integrated management of product specifications, pricing policy, and technical support.
Accordingly, beginning in the new fiscal year, we will transition to a system based primarily on direct manufacturer support, covering everything from product proposals and pricing policy presentation to after-sales support.
Under this structure, we will respond directly to customer inquiries and consultations as the manufacturer, preventing technical misunderstandings and providing more stable machining results.
For our existing trading companies, we will continue working together as “Sales Support Companies,” coordinating with IRINO Machinery according to the requirements of each project.
Under this framework, trading companies are not positioned as independent distributors operating under a traditional dealer system with separate pricing authority. Instead, they will function as “Sales Support Companies” working together with IRINO Machinery in customer proposals, commercial flow coordination, contract handling, and installation support.
Product specifications, pricing policy, and technical support will be managed primarily by IRINO Machinery as the manufacturer.
Transaction and support arrangements will generally proceed in one of the following forms:
■ 1. Direct Manufacturer Support (Standard Form)
Customers contact IRINO Machinery directly, and we provide integrated support covering specification proposals, pricing policy presentation, and after-sales support.
■ 2. Customer-Requested Sales Support Company Involvement
Where transactions through a designated trading company are required due to internal company policies, payment conditions, credit management, or other business requirements, transactions may proceed through a Sales Support Company.
Even in such cases, IRINO Machinery will remain primarily responsible for product specifications, pricing policy, and technical support, while coordinating with the Sales Support Company.
Sales Support Companies may also handle commercial functions such as contracts, invoicing, and payment collection.
Please note that the final amount paid by the customer will remain the same whether the transaction is handled directly by IRINO Machinery or through a Sales Support Company.
■ 3. Referrals from Sales Support Companies
When projects are introduced through a Sales Support Company, IRINO Machinery will remain responsible for product specification proposals and pricing policy presentation.
【General Conditions and After-Sales Support】
This framework is based on the integrated management of product specifications, pricing policy, and after-sales support. Pricing will therefore be determined appropriately for each individual project according to its specifications, conditions, and commercial structure.
Delivery schedules, inspection timing, and payment conditions will be coordinated on a project-by-project basis in accordance with IRINO Machinery’s basic policies.
Repairs and consumable supply after installation may be handled through Sales Support Companies as the customer contact point; however, any matters affecting machine accuracy or performance will be reviewed and handled directly by IRINO Machinery.
In all cases, IRINO Machinery will remain responsible for the final machining results as the manufacturer.
