Notice Regarding Product Supply System and Transaction Structure
(For Customers and Sales Partners)
At Irino Machinery Co., Ltd., we believe that achieving optimal results in high-precision internal grinding requires the seamless integration of specification selection, pricing conditions, and technical support.
Accordingly, starting from the new fiscal year, we will transition to a manufacturer-direct engagement model as our standard approach, covering all aspects from product proposals and pricing to post-installation support.
Under this system, Irino Machinery will take full responsibility for responding directly to customer inquiries and consultations. This ensures technical alignment and enables the delivery of consistent and stable machining results.
Role of Sales Support Partners
For our existing trading company partners, trading companies will be repositioned from traditional wholesale/resale entities to Sales Support Partners.
In this capacity, they will collaborate with Irino Machinery in supporting customer proposals and implementation processes.
Product specifications, pricing conditions, and technical coordination will be directly managed by Irino Machinery as the manufacturer.
Transaction Structure
Transactions will be conducted in one of the following formats:
1. Direct Manufacturer Engagement (Standard Model)
Customers contact Irino Machinery directly, and we provide integrated support covering specification proposals, pricing, and post-installation services.
2. Customer-Requested Involvement of a Sales Support Partner
If a customer’s internal policies (such as payment arrangements or credit management) require transactions through an existing supplier, we will proceed through the designated Sales Support Partner.
Even in such cases, Irino Machinery retains full responsibility for specification proposals, pricing, and technical support, while working in coordination with the Sales Support Partner.
3. Introduction by a Sales Support Partner
In cases where a project is introduced by a Sales Support Partner, Irino Machinery will lead and take responsibility for specification proposals and pricing.
Operational Principles
Under this system, product specifications, pricing conditions, and post-installation support are managed as an integrated whole.
Pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the specific specifications and conditions of each project.
For post-installation services such as repairs and consumables supply, Sales Support Partners may act as a point of contact. However, for any matters affecting machine accuracy or performance, Irino Machinery will review and respond directly.
Pricing for such services will also be determined by Irino Machinery based on the scope and content of the work.
In all cases, Irino Machinery assumes full responsibility as the manufacturer for the final machining results.
