By visualizing the position information of the X and Z axes, achieving a roundness accuracy of 0.3 microns has become easier!

Since 1962, our long-selling product has been in continuous demand for more than 60 years. As of August 2024, more than 3,000 units have been produced. The combination of excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, and precision components enables a roundness accuracy of 0.3 microns or better.

Complete overhaul repair provides a full refurbishment of your machine, bringing it back to a like-new condition. This is different from a general overhaul. The machine is disassembled and cleaned, with all worn parts replaced by new ones. Friction surfaces such as bed ways are fully reground, and broken parts are repaired. Additionally, older models’ control panels, motors, and other electrical components are discussed with the customer and replaced with the latest models where needed. All accuracy adjustments are made to assemble the machine to a level equivalent to a new one.
